1. Client-Side Encryption Guarantee

MojiWink is designed with privacy at its core. All message encryption and decryption occurs directly inside your web browser using the native Web Crypto API (AES-256-GCM).

Your original message content (plaintext) and your secret key are **never** transmitted to, processed by, or stored on our servers.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do NOT collect or store your plaintext messages.
• We do NOT store or log your secret keys.
• We do NOT require an account to create or decode secret messages.
• We do NOT store decrypted message content.

3. Zero Backend Core Loop

The core transaction (Create → Encrypt → Emoji Encode → Share → Decode) operates entirely on your device and via peer-to-peer sharing (e.g. WhatsApp, SMS). Once web assets are loaded, no server interaction is required for secret communication.

4. Third-Party Sharing

When you share a secret emoji code and key via third-party messaging apps (such as WhatsApp, iMessage, or Telegram), your interaction with those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. We recommend sending secret keys separately from emoji codes for maximum privacy.
